The view from Anaheim

The Anaheim Ducks are playoff-bound, by virtue of their victory over the Kings last night. Depending on what happens tonight, the Ducks still have a chance at finishing fourth in the Western Conference and getting home-ice advantage in the first round. The Kings have the same chance. Regardless, the Kings, Ducks and San Jose Sharks are all in the playoffs, meaning that California will be represented by more playoff teams (three) than Canada (two).
