Scouting the Flames

Beware the wounded, angry team… The Calgary Flames sit in 10th place in the Western Conference and are coming off a frustrating overtime loss to Anaheim last night. Flames goalie Miikka Kiprusoff was pulled after he allowed three goals in the first six minutes, and then the Flames rallied from a 3-0 deficit, took a 4-3 lead then lost on Corey Perry’s overtime goal. Kiprusoff is scheduled to get the start tonight. The Flames also did some line-combination shifting during last night’s game, so it will be interesting to see how they come out tonight.
