Butch Goring is pathetic. There is standing up for yourselves, and then there are cheap shots. Those 2 players who got suspended, got suspended for cheap shots. What Boston did 3 weeks ago when they had 3 fights in the first 4 seconds of a game was standing up for your team. 2 completely different things. One is OK and acceptable, while the other is almost criminal. What the 2 Islanders players did was horrible for the game of Hockey. JMO

Our guys look tired. I know this has been a long road trip so I’ll give them some slack. But they sure are getting out hussled tonight. They need to come out in the third and play desperate hockey for a full 20 minutes, maybe they can turn this game around. Go Kings Go!!!
And I agree that the Islanders are hitting dirty. Come on Kings, hit back. Score, score, score!!!
