Scouting the Rangers

This is the only meeting of the season between the Kings and the New York Rangers. The Rangers broke an 0-5-1 skid on Sunday when they beat Pittsburgh, and the Rangers are coming off three consecutive days off at home. The Rangers enter the game ranked 23rd in the NHL in power-play efficiency and ranked eighth in penalty-kill efficiency. Henrik Lundqvist is expected to get the start in goal for the Rangers.
