Dustin Brown’s postgame thoughts…
(on the game…)
BROWN: “We didn’t work or compete hard enough. It’s not easy to win games when you’re not working hard enough. That’s the only thing I can really come up with, to be honest with you. In this last little skid that we’ve been in, It’s not Xs and Os. It just comes down to getting out there and working. We don’t have that consistently.”
(on the losing streak…)
BROWN: “We’re not competing, we’re not doing those little things and our work ethic is low so that’s going to be the result. With exception of the San Jose game, there hasn’t been a good effort.”
(on the 0-4 homestand so far…)
BROWN: “Home games are important. We have a good record at home. These last games, we’ve kind of let go. There’s no rhyme or reason. We need to be better, that’s the bottom line, I think. We need to have a road mentality at home.”
