A couple things about today and tonight… First, remember that tonight’s game is once again a 6 p.m. start at Staples Center, and tonight’s game will be telecast on Versus. Also, because of the early start, the Kings will not have a morning skate today, opting for the usual team meetings. The Chicago Blackhawks are coming off last night’s 2-1 loss to the Anaheim Ducks. The Kings will look to avoid going 0-4 against Chicago this season, and the Blackhawks might regain the services of injured team captain Jonathan Toews.
