Flyers 5, Kings 3

Soon after the Kings made it a one-goal game, the Flyers regained their two-goal lead with a 5-on-3 goal. Davis Drewiske was called for interference, and then Rob Scuderi took an uncharacteristic slashing penalty, giving the Flyers a two-man advantage for 1:26. After a scramble in front of the Kings’ net, Jeff Carter slipped the puck under the prone Bernier to give the Flyers a 5-3 lead at the 11-minute mark.
