   @Cry Baby, Partially correct, fact is it his still his responsibility. As former President Reagan once said about the administrations mistake..the buck stops here. (meaning he is in charge and he accepts responsibility even if it is not his fault directly)

    The lack of execution on th PP does fall on the players shoulders, but the coaching staff diagrams the plays. And guess what. Nothing has changed. We’re more likely to score a shortie than a PP goal.
