A shorthanded goal gave the Kings a 4-1 lead 4:40 into the third period. Willie Mitchell pressured the puck at the Kings’ blue line and forced a turnover. Mitchell picked up the puck and started a rush, and Mitchell’s attempt at a cross-ice pass went into the net off the skate of Dallas’ Philip Larsen.
Lehtonen was pulled after the goal, in favor of Andrew Raycroft, as the Kings scored four goals on their first 15 shots.

Looked like a rib problem from the way he was leaning. Hope it’s just a bruise, but he’s a tough guy, so for him to be in obvious pain, it’s probably enough to be out for the rest of this game at least.
