The back and forth continued into the second period, as the Kings took a 3-2 lead 4:58 into the period. Willie Mitchell tossed the puck toward the net, and it hit Brayden Schenn’s skates in front. Brad Richardson came in and scored on a close-range wrist shot.

    That play was made by Willie Mitchell, he saw 2 guys in front and just wristed the puck in front and Richardson was there for the nice bounce!

    @RYC, oi vey. I saw it clicking…although I still feel like Dustin Brown is a momentum killer. Bad angle shots, always a shot first mentality…never looking to pass or drop to a trailer on the rush…doesn’t matter what kind of angle or how many people are in front of him..he shoots it…
