Sunday practice update

We’re halfway through the second group on the second day of practice. Today, the players are broken into groups of three, instead of two, and the smaller groups mean more intense work for the skaters and goalies. The ever-popular pit drill — in which players battle 2-on-2 in a ccorner — also made an appearance this morning. Lines and pairs are the same as they were yesterday, and the pace is very quick for the second day of camp. The coaches aren’t wasting any time getting into some intense work early.
