    Massive, huge, wide, large, ugly, frightening, gaping hole at 5 & 6 for the Kings!!!!!!!!

    I was watching the ‘Hawks camp on the net today; they actually had a full scrimage with about 15K in attendance. Some of the big stars were missing though.

    I have been moving around the diffeent sites on nhl.com. It’s interesting to see how different some of the camps are.

    @Doc. Mark 1968, Greene-Drewiske won’t be that bad. Drewiskie was doing holding his own till he got hurt last season.

    @2hitnik,

    Yes, I was not accounting for Greene in that analysis.

    Whiskey, Muzz, Fran? We shall see I suppose.

    @rumpa#19,

    I still fear the Warrior Head.

    However, I think the more important point is not what happened to them this summer, but what everyone else is doing. And like you said, I think teams have crews looking hard at other camps because that analysis is just as important.

    They will be there in the play-offs though, to be sure. It would mean more to beat them than anyone else I think.

    Richardson-Lewis-Westgarth/Clune

    That’d be one hell of a fourth line.

    @markisonfire,

    I would rather see Clifford make the team over Clune. Clune has some attitude, but Clifford has attitude with fists to match. He can play wing on the nights without heavyweights, and Westgarth can play the others. Clifford skill set is higher, with the toughness and size to match. After watching him clean the clock in the rookie tournament with 6-6 Howe of Phoenix, I am sold.

    Okay so today I did a real scientific analysis of our rookies … I made an AHL run with the Monarchs on EA NHL.

    I got to the finals thanks to Lewis, Elkins, Voynov, Westgarth, and Moller … Not to mention sone amazing saves from Bernie.

    BUT, guess who showed up to score the game winning goal in the the 3rd against the Wor Sharks to win the Calder cup?!

    MIKUS!!!!!!

    Our farm is the real deal … I know … That sounds weird after a virtual demonstration with just a video game … But you got to admit EA can come pretty close.

    @Ari,

    As funny as this is, EA is pretty impressive when it comes to accuracy.

    Though, we’d need to toss in a few clutch goals from Holloway for me to declare it scientific proof.

    Although, I don’t know how they’d end up playing Worcester in the finals given that they’re in our division…

    @Ari,

    I am playing “Be a Pro” in NHL 11 (allstar level) and I also am in finals. The Monarchs have a 3 to 2 series lead over the Leaf’s AHL team. I ended up beating the Ducks AHL team to get to the finals. That was sweet!

    My best player is Lewis by far. NHL 11 is the best sports game on the PS3 I’ve ever played. Very deep feature wise.
