Ace and Mark

Nine years ago this morning, Kings director of pro scouting Ace Bailey and amateur scout Mark Bavis died when their hijacked plane crashed into the World Trade Center in New York. Today, there will be a connection with Bailey and Bavis in New York, as a horse named “Aces Mark” will run in the eighth race at Belmont Park.
