Afternoon listening

Here’s some pregame audio, provided by Nick Nickson, from Ryan Smyth, Brad Richardson, Anze Kopitar and Terry Murray in advance of tonight’s game…

April 25 audio

Also, I asked Murray today about the type of attitude he would like his team to have going into Game 6. Does he want them to be loose, or intense, or does it matter to him?

MURRAY: “Well, you’ve got to be intense. You’ve got to be aware of what the situation is, and it’s hard to be relaxed whenever it’s an elimination game. So the intensity is important, to come out and do the right things right away, get your game established and play hard and play the right way. Again, as I talked about at the start of this series, it’s important to come out with the mental approach that you’re going to play a good game. You don’t have to try to do anything spectacular, but that does demand the intensity to be there right at the start.”
