In their first three games against Vancouver this season, the Kings totaled three goals on 88 shots. Tonight, the Kings scored three goals on their first seven shots. Shots were 8-7 Vancouver in the first period, but Canucks winger Alex Burrows had to leave the game after being struck in the chest area by a Jarret Stoll slap shot. The Canucks will be on the power play for the first 1:37 of the second period.
