Shots were 9-7 Ducks in the first period. Ryan Smyth had to leave the ice after getting hit by a shot in the first period. He returned to the bench briefly but then limped back to the locker room. I’ll pass along updates as I get them…

Injuries happen. Lets hope he is back after the Olympic break.
[Reply]
That was awesome, brown next time go full speed on that douche!
[Reply]
Don’t want to lose Smytty
[Reply]
Oh please just be a bruise.
[Reply]
The Ducks are starting to show their true colors as a dirty team. Wizneiwski fired a shot right into Kopi. He had no one around him too, so I doubt it was an accident.
[Reply]
What a surprise! Selanne got another garbage goal! I didn’t even see go in to be honest
[Reply]
Loved that the “SUX” announcers admitted that “Bubble Boy” dove to try to get the call. I think however I heard that Simmer and one of the “Sux” got roughing calls there however.
[Reply]
Let’s get em kings!
[Reply]
After listening to the first period with the Ducks announcers lets all look up and thank God for Bob Miller and Jim Fox.
Kings looked flat, almost bored like. Foolish of the Ducks to get physical and wake us up. I think the Ducks will pay.
[Reply]
“the only thing constant in the nhl is change.” seriously? was that pre-meditated? does he think he’s being clever?
[Reply]
Get Simmonds & Richardson back to the top line. Brown is lost there..
[Reply]
Seba the only problem is that Simmonds was lost all period. He couldn’t cycle and his passing is AWFUL tonight.
I like Parse with Fro and Zeus a lot more.
[Reply]
Oooh man I hope Smyth isn’t badly hurt. That would be devastating!
[Reply]
Parse puts some ZZZIP into the line!
Then Fro and Zeus have more opportunities too….
Yeah, what’s with all this line shuffling?
[Reply]
I HATE HAZWORTHLESS
[Reply]
Did anyone just notice the stats between the 1st and the 2nd? The prime-ticket showed 0 rebound for the Kings and 13 for the ducks…we scored on a dope rebound chance by Moller!
[Reply]
THat Goal by TOmato Selami (Selanne) hit the post!!! It didn’t go in. Watch the replay!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe Toronto Video replay didn’t call that goal off!
[Reply]
We don’t look sharp out there. Let’s hope its just our first period blues. The best part so far is hearing the Kings fans cheer after Moller’s goal. Hope Smyth is ok.
[Reply]
Fro and Zeus are really compatible and play great together. In Simmmer’s case it’s not so much about cycling as in creating space for Kopi’s shots from the circle. Last game vs DET was a really good example – top line just didn’t create scoring chances.. same story tonight.
[Reply]
Is there a worse play-by-play and color guy in the NHL than the two Duck homers/crybabies? I think not.
[Reply]
good smyth is back
[Reply]
I didn’t see that goal go in either but I’ll give them the benifit, wisg they’d show some replay
[Reply]
Mouth breather with the one timer.
