Looking for a positive sign for the Kings tonight? Canada’s Olympic team was announced today. Canada’s team for the 2006 Olympics was announced on Dec. 21, 2005. When was the Kings’ last victory in Calgary? Dec. 21, 2005. Since then. the Kings are 0-8 at the Saddledome. Here’s what Terry Murray said today about trying to find success in Calgary…

MURRAY: “We haven’t had a lot of success here in the last couple years. A lot of that, to me, is a mindset, where you come in almost a little overwhelmed, as a young group of guys, and you’re just not comfortable performing in the early part of the game. In the last game, we settled in and had a real good third period. We had opportunities where we probably could have won the game. So I hope that we take that feel away from that last game, and understand that we can play well. We’re a good group. We have good depth and balance. Again, manage your own attitude, and come out and let’s get ready to go.”
