Loktinov, Segal called up, Smyth to IR

The Kings made their moves, calling up Andrei Loktionov and Brandon Segal and putting Ryan Smyth on injured reserve.

Loktionov leads the Manchester Monarchs with 17 points in 20 games, while Segal has 14 points in 21 games. Both would make their Kings debuts if they got into a game, and Loktionov would make his NHL debut [thanks for the edit…]
