Two quick goals for the Kings. First, a “shot mentality” goal for Terry Murray. Sean O’Donnell passed across to Drew Doughty, whose rising slap shot from the right side beat Kiprusoff at the 3:22 mark.
Then, 38 seconds later, another long-range shot by Doughty generated a rebound in front. Alexander Frolov picked up the puck in front, steadied it, then worked the rebound around Kiprusoff exactly four minutes into the period. The Flames called a timeout after the Kings’ second goal.

My question is, do you think Fro has access to Canadian T.V. down here?

2 classic examples of how the kings are going to be effective. That shot mentality with Dewey, and the Fro going to the front of the net.
Gotta kill this one.
LETS GO BOYS!!!

Purcell deserves a lot of credit for that first goal. Gained possesion behind the net and made a nice pass.

I don’t think Fro has much time to watch TV of any kind, really. He’s too busy shopping with Heidi.

very nice comeback. i don’t understand that penalty. did brown break his stick? or did he just drop it so he could hit that guy? and why was it interference?

Ha Ha.. That is the way to blow games, take the lead, then give it right back to other team, that sure is the key to getting into the playoffs.

Damn! Well I hope we at least can learn that that is how to work a 5 on 3.

Wow, didn’t take long for the haters to show up (literally). Way to support the team. Can’t fault Quick on that one.
