Giving a #1 goalie the full reigns when it is not deserved is A) not good for his development B) not good for the team Ersberg deserves atleast 20% of the games ATLEAST! Quick allowed 4 goals against chicago but the games was not lost because of goaltending, had the kings scored 3 goals and played some better offense, the game could've finished differently. We cant win every game!!! 2) Putting in the backup goalie when the team is on shaky ground (i.e. 2 losses in a row).
