Harrold shifts again

Peter Harrold is back skating with the defenseman today, most likely to even out the pairs and give Randy Jones a partner. No other changes and no missing players today. More updates after practice…

This can only mean that Jones will center Ivanans and Purcell at some point in the next two weeks.

With Jones being the 7th defenseman, where does that really leave Harrold other than as another healthy scratch?

Harrold is the 13th forward, and a reliable defensive minded one at that, and Jones is the 7th d-man.

Also, don’t look now, but the Monarchs are first in the AHL. If you can believe it, Zatkoff’s numbers are better than Bernier’s.

What a crisis for all those Bernier fans who think he should be replacing Quick about now!

How many games has Zatkof played though?

YA you guys are hilarious.. Bernier was just named the AHL goaltender of the month and he’s played twice as many games as Zatkoff has played..

I’m guessing Andrew Raycroft’s a better goalie than Roberto Luongo cuz his numbers are better..

    Come on now

Just back away from the Quicker, and we’ll all be fine.

Did I wake up on a different planet? The Kings hand the Pens their first road loss of the season and you can’t find an article about this anywhere!

Rich, is there really an East Coast bias? I understand its only one game but when the lowly Kings beat the defending Stanley Cup Champs….isn’t this new worthy?

Barry, the big deal is that the folks on the east coast rarely actually watch the games on the west coast, because they go to bed before they’re over. Therefore, it’s kinda like our situation with the east coast, except they don’t even bother to watch the hi-lights (I know I don’t watch hi-lights the next day, either.)

Therefore, they’re rather slow on the up-take. That said, there’s no excuse for TSN’s insane bias against the Kings.

Hey, boys, go easy on my country. :P

Keep in mind five Canadian teams played last night. Any time that happens, you’re not gonna see much else for the first 10 minutes of SportsCentre (yes, that’s “Centre”), and there won’t be much room on the website, either.
