Sumo injury avoided

I usually don’t pay attention to the intermission “sumo” stuff that happens here, but when one of the contestants ends up flat on his back, with the stretcher coming onto the ice, you take notice. The guy was down for a couple minutes, but fortunately was able to get his oversized body up and off the ice under his own power.

Come out to Staples Center enough, and you see everything. I still remember when the lights went out during a playoff game.
