Ryan Smyth skated deep into the offensive zone, made a nice move to keep the puck on his stick as he went to the net, then fed a perfect backhand pass — just past Wild defenseman Brent Burns — to Anze Kopitar, whose high one-timer easily beat Harding at the 10:31 mark. That’s three goals with the top line on the ice tonight.
