A `gusher'

Rob Scuderi had a rough moment, about four minutes into the third period. He went to play a puck and it hopped up, off a stick, and caught him in the face. Scuderi stayed on the ice for several moments but might only have missed one shift before he returned…

SCUDERI: “You pretty much know when it’s going to be a gusher right away. So I just went down and covered up, try to do the best you can. It’s fine. Just missed a couple shifts and it will be all right.”
